I don’t know enough Python to troubleshoot either, sorry I can’t update my Anki version because it breaks some decks I have (tested multiple versions of Anki- 2.1.43 is the sweet spot atm). Is this possibly an Anki change or is Anki-web not downloading the right version. I’ve tested several versions of Anki, and saw that at or after 2.1.44 the add-on is fixed (?). I’ve downloaded the add-on from anki-web and it should have supported the version I’m using out of the box, though it fails to load unfortunately. I’m not sure if it’s still OK to post it here, since I’m using a slightly older version of Anki – 2.1.43. Hey glutanimate! Thanks a lot for your add-on. I followed the steps on the ‘When problems occur’ page’ and the problem is the add-on “Review Heatmap”. I have copied and pasted the error message to the bottom of my post. I tried searching for the error on Google, but couldn’t find anything useful. When I double-click on the Anki icon, an error message pops up.
